Principal Investigator for the Bioinformatics Virtual Coordination Network

The Bioinformatics Virtual Coordination Network (BVCN) is a learning community designed to help researchers looking to learn key bioinformatic concepts. Created during the “safe-at-home” orders in the early months of the Covid-19 pandemic, the BVCN provides lessons and hands-on examples for a range of topics, including: unix, R, Python, amplicon analysis, metagenomics, transcriptomics, and network science.

With support from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation.
